Set of replacement filters for Aquaphor Modern. Through a combination of fibrous and granular adsorbents, it deeply purifies the tap water from all common contaminants whithout changing its hardness. 

Aquaphor Modern water filter features two levels of purification and has two cartridges installed. Both cartridges have to be replaced at the same time.
