We process all online store orders as quickly as possible. According to your choice, you will receive an SMS or email when the order is ready to be shipped or can be collected from our service point in Helsinki. 

Orders to be shipped are delivered via Posti using the delivery method you have chosen. You can track your order using the tracking code in Posti’s tracking system or the OmaPosti application. Find out more about the different delivery methods below.
 

PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

Postal parcel

Posti usually delivers Postal parcels to be collected from the post office or parcel lockers on the next day after shipment. The customer will receive an arrival notification by SMS, email or in OmaPosti when the parcel can be collected. The parcel is stored for 7 days, after which it is returned to the sender. The price of a Postal parcel 7.90€.

Home parcel

As its name suggests, a Home parcel is delivered to the customer's home address. Posti usually contacts the customer the following day after the order has been shipped and shall agree on a delivery time. The agreed delivery times vary between 9 am - 9 pm. The price of a Home parcel is determined according to the weight of the shipment, between 15-25€. The maximum weight of the parcel is 35 kg.

Pallet and half pallet delivery for consumers

The shipment is delivered to the recipient on weekdays, as chosen, between 8 am - 4 pm or 4 pm - 9 pm. The customer is contacted before the delivery of the shipment so that the delivery can be agreed upon. You can see the delivery prices below:

Pallet delivery:

• at 8 am - 4 pm: 110€
• at 4 pm - 9 pm: 150€

Half pallet delivery:

• at 8 am - 4 pm: 75€
• at 4 pm - 9 pm: 90€

Small parcel

A Small parcel is conveniently delivered along with other post directly through the recipient’s letterbox, usually within 1-3 business days. You can also track a Small parcel in the OmaPosti application or on Posti’s website.

If the shipment does not fit through the letterbox, it is delivered to the local post office for collection. The parcel is stored there for 7 days, and any uncollected shipments are returned to the sender.

The price of a Small parcel is 4.90€.

Multi-parcel

If necessary, there is also the option of a Multi-parcel service, in which case the order is packed in multiple parcels. The price of the shipment is determined according to the weight of the shipment, between 20-28€.

Collection of products

Products can be collected between 9 am - 5pmm directly from us a Haukilahdenkatu 4, 00550 Helsinki. Please call us at 010 321 5080, if you can only make a collection outside our opening hours.
 

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Posti Express parcel

The order is usually delivered to the customer on the next business day after shipment, by 4 pm and without a separate notification. This delivery option is, in principle, intended for business customers. The price of the shipment is determined according to the weight of the shipment, between 16.12€ - 31€. The maximum weight of the parcel is 35 kg.

Posti Express freight

The shipment is delivered to the recipient on weekdays, as chosen, between 8 am - 4 pm or 4 pm - 9 pm. The customer is contacted before the delivery of the shipment so that the delivery can be agreed upon. You can see the pallet delivery prices below:

Pallet delivery:

• at 8 am - 4 pm 110€
• at 4 pm - 9 pm 150€

Half pallet delivery:

• at 8 am - 4 pm 75€
• at 4 pm - 9 pm 90 €

Multi-parcel
