Efficient Water Purification for Single Water Outlet

The AQVA M-size filter package is designed for effective iron and manganese removal, ideal for single water outlet applications. It includes the highly efficient AQVA IRON filter (product code: AQ050) and an M-size filter housing with accessories (AQ1M-C).

This water purifier removes various forms of iron and manganese efficiently, unaffected by water pH, making it suitable for all water types. It also reduces humus and includes a 5µm fine filtration stage to remove solids.

Filtration and Purification Process:

The AQVA IRON filter, based on high-surface-area, porous, thread-bound ion-exchange technology, removes iron, manganese, and other metals like lead and copper. The integrated 5µm fine filtration stage removes solids and reduces humus.

Removes from Water:

• Iron (recommended: 2 mg/L, maximum: 4 mg/L)

• Manganese (recommended: 0.3 mg/L, maximum: 0.6 mg/L)

• Humus (COD or KMnO4, with humus reducing filter lifespan)

• Solids

• Other metals (e.g., lead, copper)

• No significant pressure drop with a new filter

Filter Capacity:

Replacement Filter:

• Replacement Filter Cartridge: AQ050

• Replace the filter when water flow decreases or water quality changes, indicating clogging. If you notice changes in purified water quality, we recommend conducting a follow-up water analysis of the raw water.

System Requirements:

• Consistent inlet pressure: 2–10 bar
• Water supply to the purifier, typically installed after a diaphragm pressure tank or pump in the water line

Winter Storage:

In winter, if temperatures drop below 2°C, close the water lines and drain the filter housing to prevent frost damage.
