Capacity approximately 16,000 liters. Replacement interval or operation also depends on water quality and usage. Based on theoretical capacity with typical water quality recommendations and requirements defined by WHO.
NOTE! The shower filter is recommended for use in improving the quality of municipal water. For well or lake water, it is only suitable as a water quality improver recommended based on a water analysis.
In the first stage, 2-5 µm microfiltration filters microplastics, debris, rust, flakes and sediment down to 1/200 of a millimeter. This filtration makes bathroom maintenance easier as sediment does not accumulate on the shower floor and walls.
In the 2nd stage, the impurities are absorbed into the activated carbon and remain there. Activated carbon absorbs metals and heavy metals, among other things. Metals easily accumulate in the hair, causing discoloration and preventing the effects of some hair care products.
In the 3rd stage, the water passes through three filter media. Calcium sulfite neutralizes chlorine and chloramine. Iron filter media binds metals dissolved in water, such as iron, lead and copper. Antibacterial balls ensure the hygienic quality of the filter even when the filter is not used for a long time. Chlorine and lime can dry out the skin and scalp and make hair tangled and break.
