AQVA FRESH:

These high-quality replacement filters for the AQVA FRESH shower filter are manufactured in Finland. The amount of filtration media has been maximized to improve the removal of impurities. The outer shell is made of activated carbon, ensuring exceptionally efficient and long-lasting filtration. Compared to the previous replacement filter for the shower filter, this filter contains nearly 80% less plastic.

Filter change interval:

Capacity about 16,000 liters. The change interval or operation also depends on the quality of the water and the amount of use. Based on theoretical adequacy with typical water quality recommendations and requirements defined by the WHO

Cleaning and effect methods:

In the 1st stage, 2–5 µm microfiltration filters out microplastics, debris, particles, and sediment down to 1/500th of a millimeter. This filtration helps with bathroom maintenance by preventing sediment buildup on the shower floor and walls.

In the 2nd stage, impurities are absorbed by activated carbon and remain trapped there. Activated carbon absorbs metals and heavy metals, which can easily accumulate in hair, causing discoloration and reducing the effectiveness of some hair care products.
In the 3rd stage, in the neutralization process, impurities are broken down so that they no longer cause problems. Calcium sulfate neutralizes substances such as chlorine, chloramine, iron, rust, and lime. Both chlorine and lime can dry out the skin and scalp, making hair more prone to tangling and breakage.
