High-Performance Water Filtration for Iron and Manganese Removal

The AQVA dual filter system is designed to effectively remove solids, iron, and manganese from water, delivering clean, high-quality water for your home or business.

Two-Stage Filtration Process:

• Fine Filtration (1µm): The first stage uses the AQMF1-XL fine filter to remove visible and invisible particles down to 1 micron (1/1000th of a millimeter). This stage also reduces the humus content by approximately 30%.
• Iron and Manganese Reduction: The second stage employs the AQVA IRON filter (AQ052), utilizing high-surface-area ion-exchange fiber technology to efficiently remove iron and manganese from water.

• Includes 1µm fine filter (AQMF1-XL) and AQVA IRON filter (AQ052) in XL-size filter housings

• Compatible with standard 4½ x 20-inch filters (AQVA XL size)

• Typical flow rate: Up to 15 liters per minute. Higher flow rates are possible, but filtration efficiency may temporarily decrease.

• Typical pressure drop: 0.4–0.8 bar at a flow rate of 10 liters per minute, depending on filter usage.

• Maximum iron content: Up to 4 mg/L (4000 µg/L), with a recommended limit of 2 mg/L.

Replacement Filters and Estimated Lifespan:

• AQMF1-XL (1µm Fine Filter): Approx. 18,000 liters.

• AQ052 (AQVA IRON Filter): Approx. 300,000 liters at an iron content of 1 mg/L (1000 µg/L), or 80,000 liters at 4 mg/L.
