AQVA-IRON Filter Package in XL Size

The AQVA-IRON filter package in XL size effectively removes iron and manganese while reducing humus. Ideal for simultaneous use at 2–3 water points, this package includes the highly efficient AQVA IRON filter (product code AQ052) and an XL-sized filter housing with accessories.

Designed to remove various forms of iron and manganese with superior efficiency, this filter performs consistently across all water types, regardless of pH levels. It also reduces humus and includes a 5 µm fine filtration system to eliminate suspended solids.

Technical Specifications and Purification Capabilities:

• Iron: Recommended 2 mg/L, maximum 4 mg/L

• Manganese: Recommended 0.3 mg/L, maximum 0.6 mg/L

• Typical Flow Rate: Approximately 15 liters per minute

• pH Independence: pH levels do not affect filtration efficiency or capacity

• Humus Reduction: Reduces humus (COD or KMnO4); note that humus may reduce filter longevity, in which case an AQVA MAX or 1 µm pre-filter is recommended

• Additional Metal Removal: Effectively reduces other metals, such as lead and copper

• No Significant Pressure Drop: New filters maintain optimal water pressure
