Reverse Osmosis Membrane for Fresh Water

Benefits:

Cleaning and operating principle:

• In reverse osmosis, only water molecules pass through the membrane, and impurities are automatically flushed away with the wastewater to the drain.
• Clean water production ratio approx. 1:3

Technical specifications:

• Water purification capacity: max. 3600 l / day / reverse osmosis membrane, at 6 bar pressure with average water quality.
• Water quality affects the production rate. With saline water, the production rate is more moderate.
• Filter replacement interval approx. 1–3 years (depends on water quality and water usage)
• Dimensions: Length 1020 mm and diameter 100 mm
• Suitable for AHTI fresh water systems

System requirements:

• Stable feed pressure 2–10 bar
• Best suited for fresh water with salinity of max. 2 ‰ or TDS value max. 2500 mg/l or electrical conductivity max. 4000 µS/cm. Note: A new reverse osmosis membrane AQ061-B is available for saline water, which works for purifying saline water together with a booster pump. If you want to change the reverse osmosis membranes to a seawater membrane (AQ061-B), please contact Aqvan’s water expert regarding the installation.

Winter storage:

• The membrane must not be allowed to freeze while containing water inside.
