System Requirements:

  • Steady feed pressure 2-10 bar
  • Best suited for fresh water with salinity of at most 2 ‰ or TDS value at most 2500 mg/l or electrical conductivity max 4000 µS/cm. Note: A new reverse osmosis membrane AQ061-B is available for salty water, which works in salty water purification together with a pressure booster pump. If you want to change the reverse osmosis membranes to a sea membrane (AQ061-B), contact Aqva's water expert regarding installation.

Winter Storage:

  • Winter storage of the reverse osmosis device is possible by plugging the water lines of the reverse osmosis unit and moving the reverse osmosis unit to storage in a warm space. In spring, when putting the reverse osmosis device back into use, water can be run, for example, for 30 min into the drain so that the membranes are flushed. After this, water can be used normally.
