Acidic Water Neutralization Filter

Suitable for raising the pH level of water. The operation is based on natural water alkalization. The redesigned, Finnish-made filter cartridge contains domestic calcium. Low pH levels can cause corrosion in copper pipes, for example.

Technical Specifications:

Indicative pH increase at different flow rates (liters per minute):

• 5 lpm = +1
• 10 lpm = +0.7
• 15 lpm = +0.6

Connecting multiple filters in series can increase the pH rise relative to the flow rate.

Filter Capacity:

The capacity depends on the water’s properties and the initial pH value. At pH 6, approximately 60,000 liters. Water properties affect practical capacity; generally, lower pH reduces capacity, while higher pH increases it.

Recommended Use:

For pH levels between 5.0 and 6.9.

Filter Activation:

The calcium-containing filter must be flushed with plenty of water during initial setup. Flushing should be repeated several times.*
