AQVA 5-Micron Fine Filter Package

Effective Pre-Filter for Water Purification Systems

The AQVA 5-micron fine filter package is designed as a pre-filter for systems like the AQVA multi-function purifier or reverse osmosis systems. This water purifier reduces solids such as sand, preventing them from entering water appliances. Suitable for protecting water systems and clarifying water for 1–8 water outlets, it’s ideal for municipal, well, or natural water sources.

Filtration and Purification Process:

The polypropylene fine filter mechanically removes visible and invisible solids down to 5 microns (5/1000th of a millimeter).

Removes from Water:

• Sand

• Solids

• Sediments

Replacement Filter:

• Replace the filter when water flow decreases or the output pressure from the filter approaches zero, indicating clogging.

• Estimated lifespan: Approximately 18,000 liters*

• *Filter lifespan depends on raw water quality.

If you notice changes in the quality of purified water, we recommend conducting a follow-up water analysis of the raw water.

System Requirements:

• Consistent inlet pressure: 2–10 bar

• Water supply to the purifier, typically installed after a diaphragm pressure tank or pump in the water line

• Pre-filtration unit: For water sources like lake water, we recommend a washable 50µm pre-filter cage (AQVAREO) at the water intake to prevent large debris and fish from entering the water line

Winter Storage:

In winter, if temperatures drop below 2°C, close the water lines and drain the inline filter housing to prevent frost damage.
