Purification methods:

• 1 µm pre-filter (AQMF1-L). Mechanically filters particles and sediment down to 1 µm (1/1000 mm). Filters 30 % of organic matter on average.
• Iron-Manganese filter (AQFEI-L). Binds iron & manganese and also odor and taste.
• Aqva Iron final filter (AQ051). Filters out remaining iron, manganese and any residual organic matter.

• Steady inlet pressure 2–10 bar
• Install after the pressure tank
• Water temperature 2–30 °C
• Max iron 6 mg/l (recommended ? 4 mg/l)
• Max manganese 0.9 mg/l (recommended ? 0.45 mg/l)
• Max organic matter 15 mg/l COD (recommended < 10 mg/l)
• Recommended flow at max contamination: 8 L/min (1–2 taps open)
• Higher flows possible, but pressure drop increases
• Typical pressure drop at 8 liter per minute flow rate approx 0,8 bar. 

Winter storage: 

• During winter, if temperatures drop below 2°C, to prevent frost damage, water lines should be shut off, and the filter housings drained.
