This filter effectively reduces iron and manganese from household water. Ideal for clarifying well water for a single water outlet.

Filter Replacement:

• Model: AQFEI-M
• Recommended replacement approx. every 8,000 liters, when raw water iron content is around 2 mg/l Fe and humus has been removed.*
• The filter’s lifespan depends on the quality of the raw water.
• Replace the filter at the latest when the filtered water begins to show a yellow tint, indicating the filter’s capacity has been reached.
• Replace the filter at least once a year.
• If you notice changes in the quality of the filtered water, we recommend a follow-up raw water analysis.

System Requirements:

• Pre-filtration unit: Water must be pre-filtered before reaching this filter. For example, fine filter AQMF1-M and humus filter AQ050
• Max. iron concentration in raw water: 3 mg/l (recommended < 2 mg/l)
• Max. manganese concentration: 300 µg/l (recommended < 70 µg/l)
• Max. humus content: 15 mg/l
• Raw water pH: 6–9
• Stable inlet pressure: 2–6 bar

Winter Storage:

• In winter, if temperatures drop below 2?°C, close the water lines and drain the filter housings to prevent frost damage.
