Iron Removal Filter Cartridge for AQVA L-Size Filter Housing
(AQFE-L)
Effective Iron and Manganese Filtration for Utility Water:
The AQFE-L Iron Removal Filter Cartridge is designed for AQVA L-size (10” BB
standard) filter housings, efficiently reducing iron and manganese from utility
water. Equipped with activated carbon, it also eliminates odors and unpleasant
tastes, making it ideal for clarifying cottage water, lake water, or well water
for 1–2 water points.
Benefits:

drainage system required, simplifying installation.
Effectively Removes:
- Manganese:
30–70% reduction*
- Odors
and unpleasant tastes
- Particulate
matter down to 5 µm
Note: Purification efficiency may be affected by water
characteristics such as pH, salinity, and humus content.
Filter Replacement:
- Filter
Capacity: Up to approximately 92,000 liters when raw water iron content is
around 2 mg/L and humus has been pre-removed.
- Replacement
Indicator: Replace when filtered water develops a yellowish tint,
indicating the filter’s capacity is exhausted. Replace at least annually.
- Note:
Filter lifespan depends on raw water quality. If purified water quality
changes, conduct a follow-up water analysis.
