You will receive a SMS or email when your order has been processed or ready to be picked up from the store.
We deliver items from our main warehouse in Helsinki via Posti. All parcel shipments go directly from our warehouse to the sorting center and are subject to barcode tracking. Thanks to the tracking system, the customer can check the location of the shipment at any time. We will automatically notify you by email and/or SMS about the Postal Tracking Code.
Applies to Postal Parcel, Home Parcel, Posti Express parcel.
- Pick-up shipments can be picked up from the pick-up point by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, regardless of whether it is a post office or parcel locker.
- The post office will keep the items at the pick-up points for 7 days, after which they will be returned to the sender.
- Posti Express packages sent to the consumer can be picked up from the Smartpost locker. Shipments will be distributed to Smartpost by 6 p.m., after that the recipient can pick them up from there.

Posti will deliver the parcels for collection to the Pick-up Point within the time specified in the Delivery Time Inquiry at the most common postal areas on the first working day from the date of submission and otherwise no later than on the third working day from the date of submission. The shipment can be picked up from the Pick-up Point by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. An acknowledgment of arrival will be sent to the consignee. The Electronic Arrival Notification cannot be attached to shipments to Åland or to addresses other than street addresses.
Parcel locker (Smartpost)
The Posti parcel locker is an easy way to receive parcels.
The shipment will be delivered to the parcel locker of your choice. As a rule, the order can be picked up after 4 p.m. on the next working day of the dispatch. The package will be stored in the parcel locker for 7 days of arrival. The arrival notification and the parcel machine code are sent via SMS.
Posti will contact the recipient within 1-2 working days of receiving the shipment and agree on the delivery date and delivery time interval of the shipment. If the recipient is not reached, a contact request is sent to the recipient.
Freight delivery to the consumer
The shipment will be delivered to the recipient on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The customer will be contacted prior to delivery of the shipment to arrange delivery.
Delivery time 2-3 working days.
The destination of a shipment can be tracked using a tracking code attached to the shipment in the tracking of shipments. The small parcel has light tracking system and it always receives at least a delivery note.
We deliver shipments to the recipient's mailbox. Deliveries are made on weekdays.
If the shipment does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to the recipient's local post office for collection. If the recipient does not pick up the shipment from the post office, the shipment will be returned to the sender after 7 days.
The order will be delivered to the customer by 4 p.m. on the working day following the order processing date.
This delivery option is primarily intended for business customers. The customer is not called separately or the delivery time is not agreed.
Product pickup from the store
It is possible to pick up the products from our store in Haukilahdenkatu 4, 00550 Helsinki from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are coming to pick up outside our opening hours, please contact us on tel. +358 10 321 5080 and we will arrange it in more detail.
